During the first weeks on the job felt like I was taking too long to be up to speed. I then noticed each developer had their own set of api calls. I then started collecting these and in a week built a shared repo with them and presented to the team lead.

That repo started to be a standard and even non-tech people, like sales start using them for their presentations.
