Tell us about a time you failed
Not long ago I received a customer request to access some data. The task seemed quite clear and straight forward around 1 week time.
By the time I finished, the architecture team shut down the solution as other in-house projects already exposed similar consolidated data.
Unfortunately, the delivery was delayed in favor of informing guiding the client on how to access this other service.
This was an unfortunate event but taught me to consider existing tooling and bring other colleagues/teams onboard before starting a project.
